The ATNZ Apprentice of the Year Award celebrates someone who is a high performer, has a great attitude towards their work, is proactive on the job and enjoys what they do.
It was awarded for the first time in 2018, now it’s time to start getting your application in for 2019.
$1,000 prize to be won!
The ATNZ Apprentice of the Year 2019 will win $1,000 that can be spent on tools or used to pay off your tool loan.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the award, you must be in at least the second year of your apprenticeship, and have a signed current training agreement with ATNZ.
How to enter
Your application must be submitted by 4pm, Friday 27 September 2019.

Judging process
Your application will be reviewed by a selection committee and finalists will be sent to a judging panel. If you succeed in making it through as a finalist, the judges may visit your workplace.
You may be asked to provide evidence of any award ceremonies conducted or documentation such as photographs, testimonials and any official data related to competitions, terminations or financial improvements.
All answers must relate to work completed within the 12 months prior to application. Any information supplied outside of this will be void (except where otherwise requested).
