ATNZ are excited to launch the Mitutoyo Tools Scholarship Programme for 2023.
Over the next month, ATNZ Account Managers will lead the chase to put forward apprentices for the scholarship programme. Any ATNZ-managed apprentice that has completed at least six months of their apprenticeship is eligible to enter. The judges will select the winners based on where they are in their training versus our expectations for an apprentice with that experience level, based on letters of commendation from their Account Manager and a photographic submission of their work.
ATNZ Marketing Manager Ashley Thompson was effusive about the competition saying, “The Mitutoyo Tool Scholarships are a fantastic initiative. The $750 of tools will make a material difference to twenty learners and provide a stepping stone towards our major awards of Rookie of the Year and Apprentice of the Year.”
ATNZ wants to thank our partner and sponsor, Hobecca, the Official New Zealand distributor of Mitutoyo precision measuring Tools. Hobeca also sponsors the ATNZ Rookie of the Year through another one of their New Zealand exclusive brands, Ko-ken Tools.
