Holiday Period cover

ATNZ cover over the Holiday period

ATNZ closes for Christmas on Friday, December 20th, 2024. If you need anything actioned that week, you should speak with your Account Manager before 5 p.m. on this day. We will have limited cover available over the holidays, but it is good to get issues resolved prior to the office shutdown.

As soon as you are aware of the annual leave that you wish to take, you should ensure that it is booked in and approved by your Host. We want to ensure that you are paid over the break so you can relax and enjoy your holiday.

For this reason, we are making it easier over December to submit your leave and work hours earlier.  From Friday this week (6th December 2024) we will open the following 4 weeks of Timefiler to allow early submission and authorisation of hours. Please note it must be submitted and approved so check in with your Hosts to ensure the approval is done before you go on Holiday (if applicable).

Summer break leave should be completed in Timefiler by the 12th of December 2024.

We want you paid.

Weeks open from Thursday:

09/12/2024 to 15/12/2024

16/12/2024 to 22/12/2024

23/12/2024 to 29/12/2024

30/12/2024 to 05/01/2025

If you are working over this period, please ensure that there is Host approval available for the work you are doing. You may need to discuss this with your Host to ensure that they are not on leave and unable to approve hours worked.

For a quick refresher, watch our video tutorial on how to enter leave in TimeFiler.

Account Managers will return to work on Monday, January 6, 2025. However, we will have cover for any emergency matters over this period. If you have anything you need help with during this time, don’t hesitate to get in touch with Account Manager Ben Julian , 027 845 3160.

Remember we are always here to help, so if you need assistance, please email or contact Ina on 022 010 8817 to get issues resolved if required.

Everybody at ATNZ wishes you and your loved ones a fantastic holiday period. Enjoy some time off and remember to look after yourselves.

Meri Kirihimete, it’s lovely working with you – have a safe and happy Christmas!
