Welcome to your training at ATNZ. We are committed to providing the support you need to achieve your qualifications. At ATNZ, we value our apprentices. You will be paired with a dedicated Account Manager, a key figure in your journey. They will visit you at least ten times a year, be available on the phone, and mentor you through your apprenticeship. Our Account Managers all started as apprentices, so they have the experience and understanding of what you need to do.
At ATNZ, you will gain the necessary skills and knowledge through a comprehensive support system. This system includes on-the-job and online learning, as well as additional coaching through study groups in many areas and online study groups available to all learners. Your Account Manager will help you stay on track with your progress and work out the best learning support option for you, ensuring you feel secure and confident in your learning journey.
If you would like to know more about our study options, please talk with your account manager.
You’ll get a training plan that lays out what you need to do as you learn. It shows you exactly what you must achieve and the steps you need to take before you can move on to the next learning area. Your Account Manager will give you your training plan and explain it to you, and your progress through it will be the basis for your meetings with them. This is flexible and can be tailored to your learning and host needs.
Your qualification is made up of different unit standards, each with a certain number of credits. Your Account Manager will help you access a transcript that shows your progress. The transcript lists the unit standards you’ve completed, the dates you completed them, and the number of credits you’ve earned. It also shows your current progress, the credits you still need to finish your qualification, and the expected completion date.
This transcript has a visual representation of expected progress vs actual. It is a quick guide to check on how you are doing whether that be exceeding expectations or meeting.
