At ATNZ, we prioritize the care of our apprentices above all else. Our Account Managers visit all learners monthly, providing support and pastoral care to enhance credit achievement and completion rates.
Account Manager Dave Bennett was delighted to receive a letter from Ryley Parker’s mother and grandparents. Ryley had recently completed his mechanical engineering apprenticeship at New Zealand King Salmon in Picton. The letter thanked Dave and ATNZ for their support of Ryley through his training.
With the family’s blessing, we are happy to share that letter.
Hi Dave,
We would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you for taking Ryley on as an apprentice through ATNZ. Whilst everyone knows about apprentices, not many know about the likes of ATNZ and what you do for those lucky enough to gain this amazing opportunity of becoming an apprentice.
First impressions count, and boy, did you and ATNZ leave an amazing first impression on us all from the first contact that was made by Ryley right up until the successful gaining of his qualifications. What impressed us the most was the clear expectations from Ryley and ATNZ to ensure that your client, Ryley’s host company, got the very best deal possible without any compromises made along the way.
We knew that Ryley’s destiny was to design, create, and build anything that he set his mind to. His apprenticeship not only allows him to live out his dreams but has also honed and polished those skills that he had gained earlier in life.
Your on-job books and learning modules, with the graphs that your apprentices can follow and mark off their progress, are invaluable tools. The tutors were only a phone call away to help answer those curly questions. Meeting with you on a monthly basis also allowed for any issues to be dealt with in a timely fashion, and also your amazing mentorship.
It is said that it takes a village to raise a child, and our village has definitely been enhanced by this amazing opportunity given to Ryley.
The saddest regret is that Ryley’s Grandfather did not live long enough to see Ryley’s qualifications; however, Granddad did get to be a big part of his journey to gaining this qualification, and he knew that Ryley was going to achieve his goal, and he has. On completing his apprenticeship in the coming weeks, Ryley is being gifted some more tools from his grandparents, which comes with Granddad’s blessing.
As a family, we are so proud of Ryley and what he has achieved through ATNZ. We are unable to thank you enough for everything you have done for Ryley during this process. Ryley has discussed getting the Level 5 qualification, and we all support him in this endeavour and know that he will once again achieve this goal.
Many thanks once again for everything that you have done for Ryley we really do appreciate it.
