• Stay Connected With Your Mentor, Team And Fellow Apprentices. Connecting with those around you can help you build great bonds with others. Stay in touch with your ATNZ account manager and reach out when you need them, build friendly professional relationships with those you work with and search for in-person and online study groups so you can discuss your experiences with others in the same boat as you.
• Continue To Learn Throughout Your Career. No matter where you are in your engineering journey, there’s always room to learn and grow. Always look for new opportunities to learn and improve your skills, and be open to new ideas and methods.
