Holiday pay remediation FAQs

ATNZ has completed a voluntary review of holiday and leave payment calculations for some current and former apprentices employed between 29 March 2016 and 31 October 2022.


The FAQs below explain what was reviewed, who may be affected, how back payments are being managed, and what former employees need to do if they believe they may be entitled to a payment.
