Current opportunities

We’re currently seeking Account Managers in the Auckland, Nelson and Canterbury regions.


Our Account Managers work closely with learners and employers to guide training progress, strengthen relationships, and help people succeed.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support learners through their training journey
  • Build strong relationships with employers
  • Track progress and solve issues early
  • Coach learners to stay on track
  • Promote safety, well-being, and readiness
  • Work with teams to deliver service
