Learning Designer - fixed term

At ATNZ, high-quality learning experiences play an important role in helping learners build the skills they need to succeed.

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Learning Designer to join our team on a fixed-term basis through the end of December 2026, to support the increased workload associated with qualification reviews.

In this hands-on role, you’ll design, develop and maintain high-quality digital and print learning materials across apprenticeship programmes, micro-credentials and commercial training products.

Working across the full learning design lifecycle, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders, develop and contextualise content, and help ensure our learning products are engaging, effective and aligned with NZQA requirements.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to vocational education as part of a supportive, people-focused organisation. The role is hybrid for Auckland-based applicants, with the option to work fully from home if you’re based elsewhere in New Zealand.

If you’re a creative and collaborative learning designer who enjoys turning complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
