Passenger ropeways maintenance engineers keep ropeway systems operating safely and reliably.
You’ll work across inspection, servicing, fault finding, and repair of systems such as chairlifts, gondolas, and surface lifts. Work is often carried out in alpine and remote environments where safety, precision, and reliability are critical.
Developed in collaboration with industry, this programme reflects real operating conditions, including complex systems, challenging environments, and strict compliance requirements. Training is completed on the job, allowing you to build capability while contributing to day-to-day operations.
This programme supports operators to build a skilled, compliant maintenance workforce aligned to industry standards.
